  • “Fantasticos dias x Chiang Mai”

    Llegamos un Sabado x la Tarde a Chiang Mai y nos ibamos el Martes de Madrugada hacia Sukothai. Estamos haciendo nuestro viaje de Novios Ariadna y Yo por el Sudeste Asiatico, un poco a la Aventura, solo con los vuelos contratados. El dia que llegamos a Chiang Mai conseguimos alojamiento y nos dimos un paseo para situarnos un poco, y pasamos por delante de la Agencia de Khom, teniamos pensado dedicar el dia siguiente a visitar los templos de Chiang Mai y el dia que nos quedaba hacer alguna excursión, pero hay tantas posibilidades cerca de Chiang Mai que iba a ser dificil escoger, finalmente hablando con Khom, nos encajo dos excursiones de medio dia para poder sacar el máximo provecho a nuestro tiempo. Fuimos x la mañana al Templo de Doi Suthep y por la tarde al Maesa Elephant Camp y regresando al Hotel, visitamos tambien una granja de Orquideas. Entre una y otra excursión nos llevo a comer a otro sitio fantastico, donde habia un buffett de comida Tai, era un parque de Tigres que quedaba entre una y otra zona. Nikhom es un gran profesional, fue una excursión personal, en todoterreno climatizado, con su expertos comentarios sobre lo que vimos o cualquier otra pregunta sobre la cultura Tailandesa. Nos iba dando agua fría y toallitas refrescantes, que no venian nada mal! y finalmente nos hizo el favor de llevarnos a la estacion de Tren ya que teniamos que comprar el billete para el dia siguiente, esperarnos a que lo compraramos y finalmente dejarnos en el Hotel. En resumen, una experiencia fantástica, muy recomendable!! si volvemos x Chiang Mai, no dudaremos en contar con sus servicios.

  • “Authentic thai tours”

    La experiencia con Nikhorn fue excelente. No duden mas y escribanle contandoles sus expectativas de viaje a Chiang Mai. Ademas de ser muy profesional, es detallista, honesto y siempre bien predispuesto. Nosotros tomamos un par de tours con El, y no tengo nada que objetarle. La empresa es pequeña, la tiene en conjunto con su familia, pero con muchas ganas de crecer. Nikhorn fue monje hasta hace algunos años, dejo el monasterio para estudiar y formar su empresa. Les contara muchas cosas de la vida en tailandia. Ampliamente recomendable

  • “最高の思い出ができました”

    チェンマイでいくつか旅行会社に行きましたが、こちらのニコンさんがとてもよく対応してくださったので、こちらから1日のエレファントツアーに参加しました。そのツアーもとても楽しかったですが、何より、ニコンさんがとても面白くフレンドリーでした。(用がないときにも行って雑談したり、水やコーヒー、バナナなどを出してくれてました。）またチェンマイに行った際には、こちらからツアーなどに参加したいと思います。

  • “Great Chiang Mai guide”

    We spent ages trawling through the internet trying to find the perfect tour, we were only staying in Chiang Mai for 4 nights and wanted to experience as much as possible. We decided on Authentic Thai Tours as they seemed to have good reviews on TA and they offered a 1 day trek which included Elephants, waterfall swim, jungle trek, hill tribe and bamboo rafting. I emailed to enquire about the tour and got a very quick response from Nikhom giving me all the options available and even offered to pick us up from the airport for free, we decided to go for the private tour as we have a 10 yr old daughter and it wasn't much more than the join in tour.
    We were picked up from our hotel on time and after going via the office we were taken out to the first activity (elephants). On the way Nikhom stopped at a roadside market and bought some fresh fruit for us. The elephant ride was good, just under an hour but that was long enough. Next we drove to the start of the jungle trek, we walked through the jungle via a small tribal village, the walk we took was easy, Nikhom gave us the option of a more adventurous trek but we went for the easy option. After about an hour (although i wasn't checking the time) we arrived at the waterfall and had a swim (cold water but very refreshing). After this it was back to the restaurant for some lunch, then a drive to the Karen tribal village, followed by a drive to the bamboo rafting. This was amazing and so relaxing. All through the day Nikhom was the perfect guide, pointing out interesting things along the way even massaging my leg when i pulled a muscle on the trek. This was our first full day in Thailand and we were all way outside of our normal comfort zone, but we always felt safe with Nikhom guiding us.
    We enjoyed the trip so much that on the way back we arranged for Nikhom to take us on another tour to Mae Sa and the craft villages. This was also a great day and he brought his young daughter along who was great company for our daughter.
    The two days we had with Nikhom were great and made the holiday even more special, he took lots of photos on the tour and has put them on his Facebook page (see one day trek mae wang album) so we could download them after. If I was lucky enough to be going to Chiang Mai again I would definitely book another tour with them.

  • “Sehr gute Beratung und Service”

    Wir haben eine Tagetour nach chang rai und ein dreitagestrip in den dschungel gebucht. Beides war sehr schön und hat gut geklappt ( natürlich muss man die thailändische pünktlichkeit auch hier erwarten und berücksichtigen).
    Hier wurden wir auch sehr freundlich beraten und man hatte nicht das gefühl das er unbedingt nur verkaufen will. Sogar das im Reisebus vergessene souvenir hat herr nikhom für mich organisiert ,obwohl der bus schon wieder in chang rai war, sodass ich es nach der Dschungeltour bei ihm wieder abholen konnte.
    Auch von den preisen her lohnt sich ein besuch bei den authentic thai tours.

  • “Great service provided”

    We booked the half day tour of Doi Suthep and full day elephant safari. The booking experience was great with prompt replies from Nikhom. Free transfers to/from airport were included and they were always there on time, waiting for us on arrival and departure. The private tour of Doi Suthep was very insightful - Nikhom who guided us around was very knowledgable and spoke very good English. Again he was there to pick us up on time and explained the day. The next day we went on the elephant safari on a group tour. Unfortunately the tour company that was used sent a trainee guide in our minibus who could not speak English so couldn't answer any of our questions or tell us what was happening until we met with the main guide at the orchid farm. The rest of the day was well structured so we didn't do each activity during the busiest times, so the experience felt more relaxed instead of having to queue for elephant rides, ox-carts and bamboo rafts. Again the day ran to time.

  • “Excellent Service & Great Adventure!”

    Nikhom is the best tour guide you can find! When I emailed him about the tours, he even offered to pick us up from the airport to our hotel for free. Of course we accepted his offer. The next morning, he showed up promptly at 8am to take us for our tour. He was very patient while we finished up breakfast at the hotel. We did the one-day trekking and it was an amazing adventure...just wish we were in Chiang Mai long enough to do more tours with him, but definitely next time we're there. We absolutely enjoyed the elephant ride, bamboo rafting, and lunch, although it was simple, it as very good. I made a mention of how good the pineapple tasted during lunch and Nikhom bought me one without asking.

  • “Need help in Chiang Mai ? Here you go !”

    We booked 1 day tour to Doi Inthanon + 1/2 day tour to Doi Su Thep. We beneficiated from an excellent welcome from Nikhom and from his guidance at Doi Su Thep.
    The organisation for the day at Doi Inthanon was very good.
    Nikohm has been very helpful and supportive and provide excellent advises to make the best of your journey in Chiang Mai.
    If we come back in Chiang Mai, we will definitely use Authentic Tour again !

    First, let us say the entire experience from booking (at the last minute, by the way) to airport departure delivery was top notch. Nikhom promptly returned our call, and we enjoyed two absolutely amazing days with him :) Trustworthy, dependable, timely, honest, fun, safe, and flexible (with local, authentic Thais) are the words we use to describe Nikhom and our experiences. Delivery to the airport as we completed our second tour was the icing on the cake. Thank you, Nikhom!
